The demand for villas, apartments, townhouses and new developments in Andalucia generated by our internet sites, our advertising, our inclusion in Channel 4's overseas property programme " A Place in the Sun " and our network of U.K. estate agents, indicates the opportunity to increase our marketing of Spanish property in the U.K

We are looking to recruit a number of high quality, motivated and results oriented sales people to sell our Spanish properties working primarily through our network of 500 estate agency offices in the U.K.

Our sales people will be working mainly in exhibitions within well established permanent offices. By nature of the market this will involve evening and weekend hours.

Applicants will need to be people of integrity and able to produce good references. A knowledge of the Spanish property market is desirable but not essential and remuneration will be on a commission only basis, training will be given both in the UK and Spain.
