| Flying visits are designed to help you
buy with confidence, as well as help you explore the area you are considering
for your purchase. We will talk to you well in advance of your visit to
find out your specific requirements. Once we understand what type of property in Torrox, Axarquia or Andalucia you are looking
for, and the price you want to pay, we will then be in a position to organise
a personalised trip for you.
On arrival in Spain, you can be picked up from the airport or met in resort
and taken to your hotel. During your stay we will spend time showing you
the area and the local amenities ( i.e. Beaches, Golf Courses, Restaurants
etc. ), and also personally taking you around the properties that have
been selected for you. A holding fee of € 3000 - 4000 will be required
to be paid in order to secure your purchase.
